Before you order, we review the outdoor space, access and technical requirements with you. The Cube 300 is the largest model in the range, so it needs a reinforced base and clear space around it for airflow and maintenance.

A level, reinforced base — a concrete slab or equivalent structure sized for the largest Cube model (3050 x 2400 mm). We send the full technical specifications and recommended base dimensions with the order confirmation.

The sauna arrives packed in flat panels and is delivered directly to the address provided. We confirm the date and validate the access route with you in advance — the Cube 300 requires adequate manoeuvring space for unloading.

If you prefer, you can also purchase Saunamo's professional assembly service, where our team takes care of everything. 02How does delivery work?+
It is delivered in flatpack format for outdoor installation. As it is the largest model in this family, we need to review the truck's access, unloading space and the entire route to the final installation point before confirming delivery.
03What base do I need to prepare?+
You need a level, stable and weather-resistant base across the entire support area. In a model of this size, the most important thing is to have a well-prepared, flat and structurally stable base, which remains correct with the weight of the sauna and the external conditions. If you don't already have a prepared base, we can also provide a wooden deck as an additional option.
04What are the electrical requirements for the Cube 300 sauna?+
The Cube 300 sauna is available with the Kajo 10.5 kW and Taika 10.5 kW electric heaters, as well as the Pyros 18, Pyros 25, Tuli 16 and Tuli 20 wood-burning heaters. If choosing an electric heater, the power supply and final connection must be prepared for the selected model and carried out by a certified electrician. Saunamo provides the technical documentation and electrical diagram of the model to the responsible electrician. If you prefer a wood-fired option, we will confirm the final technical configuration with you before ordering.
05Can I assemble the sauna myself?+
Yes. It is supplied for on-site assembly with the necessary instructions. Due to the size and level of finish, many customers prefer to use Saunamo's certified installation service.
06How long does delivery of the Cube 300 sauna take?+
1–2 weeks , if the model is in stock. If it is made to order, the typical lead time is8–12 weeks. We always confirm the exact lead time before you place the order.
07How does after-sales support work?+
After delivery, we remain available for technical questions, replacement parts, maintenance guidance and warranty support whenever necessary.
08What warranty is included with the Cube 300 sauna?+
Includes 3 years warranty on the structure and components covered by the respective conditions. If a covered issue arises, the Saunamo team helps to assess the situation and guide the next step.
