All shipping and delivery timelines provided at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only. These estimates are not guaranteed and may change based on production schedules, carrier availability, shipping conditions, or other external factors.

Right to Production and Shipping Delays
Saunamo reserves the right to adjust production or shipping timelines as needed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Manufacturing or supply-chain constraints

• High seasonal demand

• Freight carrier delays

• Weather or force-majeure events

• Customs or inspection procedures

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refunds, or compensation unless required by U.S. law.

Shipping Method & Costs
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout and vary based on location and product type.

Delivery Responsibility
A responsible adult must be available at the delivery address. Missed deliveries may result in additional carrier fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Large Freight Deliveries
Saunas, hot tubs, and other large products are delivered curbside via freight transport unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for moving the product from the curbside drop-off point to the desired location on their property.
