02How long does it take to heat up?+
With the 4.7 kW Aava electric heater, the usual time is around 15 to 25 minutes. As it is a compact cabin, it can appear ready even faster in a well-insulated room.
03Is the sauna safe for indoor use?+
Yes. It was designed for indoor use, with wood suitable for saunas, 80 mm walls, 50 mm mineral wool and an 8 mm tempered glass door. The final electrical connection must be validated for the space and installation.
04How long does delivery of the Aisti 120 sauna take?+
1–2 weeks , if the model is in stock. If it is made to order, the typical lead time is6–8 weeks. We always confirm the exact lead time before you place the order.
05What type of space is ideal?+
At 1200 x 1500 x 2330 mm, it works best in a dry, stable indoor room with adequate ventilation, as well as sufficient access for delivery and assembly. It is a good option for apartments, small wellness rooms and compact basement or bathroom projects. If you want more interior width for two people or a more spacious session, the Aisti 150 is the best choice.
06What are the electrical requirements for the Aisti 120 sauna?+
The recommended heater for this model is the 4.7 kW Aava. The electrical installation must be prepared for this power and validated by a certified electrician. Saunamo provides the model's technical documentation to the responsible electrician and, before ordering, helps confirm whether the space and power available are adequate.
07How does delivery work?+
It is delivered in flatpack format for indoor mounting. The main point is to validate the complete route to the final division, including doors, corridors, stairs, elevators and maneuvering space.
08Can I assemble the sauna myself?+
Yes. It is a modular sauna and can be assembled using the instructions provided. If you prefer, you can also use Saunamo's certified installation service, especially when going to an already finished interior room.
09What warranty is included with the Aisti 120 sauna?+
Includes 3 years warranty on the structure and components covered by the respective conditions. If a covered issue arises, the Saunamo team helps to assess the situation and guide the next step.
10How do I choose the right heater?+
We recommend the Aava 4.7 kW electric heater. The interior volume of 2.2 m³ was designed to work well with this power, providing efficient heating and a comfortable solo session. If the space or power available is unusual, we will confirm the final configuration with you before ordering.
