02How long does it take to be ready for a session?+
The infrared panels begin to create a sensation of heat within minutes. Unlike a traditional sauna, the heat acts more directly on the body and is not as dependent on heating the air in the cabin. In normal use, it is ready for a comfortable session in around 10 to 15 minutes.
03Is the sauna safe for indoor use?+
Yes. It was designed for indoor domestic use, with integrated infrared components, tempered glass elements and simple everyday use. As with any electrical wellness product, the socket and circuit must match the model.
04How long does delivery of the Aura 150 sauna take?+
1–2 weeks , if the model is in stock. If it is made to order, the typical lead time is6–8 weeks. We always confirm the exact lead time before you place the order.
05What type of space is ideal?+
At 1500 x 1100 x 2100 mm, it adapts to a wider range of interior rooms when you want more width than the Aura 110 without having to implement a traditional sauna. Works well in wellness rooms, apartments and compact spa zones.
06What are the electrical requirements for the Aura 150 sauna?+
It uses a 2.4 kW full spectrum infrared system and is designed for plug and play indoor installation. It is intended for a standard domestic electrical base, but we always recommend confirming that the socket and circuit are suitable for the model.
07How does delivery work?+
It is delivered in flatpack format for indoor mounting. Before delivery, we confirm access through the property and to the final room, especially if the route includes stairs, tighter corridors or an elevator.
08Can I assemble the sauna myself?+
Yes. It is modular and was designed for simple interior assembly. As it is a larger infrared cabin than the Aura 110, some customers prefer to use Saunamo's certified installation service.
09What warranty is included with the Aura 150 sauna?+
Includes 3 years warranty on the structure and components covered by the respective conditions. If a covered issue arises, the Saunamo team helps to assess the situation and guide the next step.
10How do I choose the right Aura model?+
The Aura 150 is the best choice if you want more interior width, space for two people and a more comfortable infrared session, while maintaining a plug and play format. If you are looking for the most compact option for mainly individual use, the Aura 110 is the best choice.
