The Company

Saunamo is a Portugal-based wellness company that helps people turn their homes or businesses into places of calm, recovery, and wellbeing. Inspired by real Finnish sauna culture and high-quality European craftsmanship, we create saunas, ice baths, and spas that make everyday life feel better.

Our Story

Saunamo was founded in 2022 by a Finnish-Portuguese couple with a clear mission: to bring authentic Nordic wellness beyond the Nordic countries and make it accessible to a broader audience.

Now that mission has evolved into something more. Today, Saunamo designs and delivers both standard and fully customised sauna solutions, alongside ice baths and spas, for private homes, hospitality spaces, and businesses all across Europe.

We at Saunamo are rooted in a strong sense of responsibility and a customer-oriented approach, which is the reason why Saunamo has quickly grown into one of the leading wellness brands in the field.

Headquarters

Saunamo’s headquarters are located in Ourém, Portugal, where we manage our showroom, logistics, quality control, and distribution across our markets.

The facility includes approximately 1,500 m² of available manufacturing space supporting our current operations.

In addition to our Ourém unit, Saunamo products are being manufactured in Northern Europe, with production taking place in Finland and the Baltic countries.
