What do I need to know before I order?

Delivery Requirements

Our spas are delivered worldwide in secure flatpack pallets by standard freight trucks. To ensure a smooth delivery, please prepare the following:

A clear access route suitable for a delivery truck
Sufficient space to unload the pallet at curbside
Someone available on the scheduled delivery day to receive the shipment

If you have selected Saunamo’s professional installation service, your spa will be delivered a few days before installation.

This ensures all components are on-site and ready for assembly. For this reason, please make sure you have adequate space to store the pallet safely until installation day.

Electrical Requirements

Vellamo spas come with a built-in RCD for safe operation and can be connected directly to a standard electrical socket. For safety, the spa must be installed at least 2 meters away from the socket.
